About

Amanda began her journey into the world of movement in 1997, through dance-theater as a path for personal exploration and growth. What began as an intuitive search evolved into a passionate career centered on the moving body, with experiences spanning across Ibiza, Barcelona, Madrid, Germany, and the Netherlands.

For two decades (1997–2017), she immersed herself in profound physical research through multiple lenses: Butoh, Contemporary Dance, Jazz, Oriental Dance, Skinner Releasing Technique, Ki for dancers, and Experimental Movement Anatomy, among others. During this time, she also performed in various cities including Ibiza, Göttingen, Vienna, Basel and New York.

Over time, she felt the need to give shape to this vast background, transforming her experience into a coherent professional practice. In 2011, she certified in the Pilates methoda discipline she had already encountered through dance. This training allowed her to integrate her artistic interests with a technical and deepapproach focused on biomechanics and movement patterns.

This path eventually led her to the world of fasciaand in 2018, she specialized in neurofascial approaches. This new perspective rekindled her connection to self-discovery and Butoh dance, helping her understand the fascial system as a deep sensory pathway—often called our"sixth sense"—and a key element for holistic well-being.

Driven by natural curiosity and a desire to bridge different fields of knowledge, she studied digitopuncturein 2020. Her aim was not therapeutic, but rather to explore the intersections between fascial studies and and the meridians of Chinese medicine.

For Amanda, movement governs everything. Even in stillness, the heart beats, blood circulates, energy vibrates... and the Earth keeps spinning. This fascination leads her to constantly observe the natural patterns to which we belong. She is convinced that our relationship with nature is essential for returning to our center and nurturing our health.

Since 2017, she has also practiced SUP (Stand Up Paddle), and during the summer she offers SUP-Pilatessessions—a fusion of mindful movement and a deep connection with the sea.

In 2022, she became affiliated with the Seitai Foundation of Barcelona, whose vision of human nature resonated deeply with her own experience. Since then, she has organized Ibiza Group gatherings for the practice of Seitai, integrating this profound approach into her current professional offering.
