GROUP CLASSES
Diverse sessions within a structured cycle, incorporating various props (foam roller, magic circle, etc.) or exploring floor work, with a unique focus each week. This variety of movement and stimuli enriches our motor map, allowing the nervous system to integrate new experiences of coordination, control, and body awareness.
Modifications are provided for every level, inviting students to challenge themselves.
Our goal is to foster a deep understanding of movement so participants can apply it to various everyday situations.

ONLINE CLASSES – VIA ZOOM
The Pilates studio is now in the comfort of your home—or wherever you choose to be.
Physical distance does not have to mean a lack of connection. Every class is a real encounter: a moment to reconnect with yourself and your well-being.
All you need is a stable internet connection, a camera so I can guide you clearly, and a space where you can move freely without external interruptions.
Online classes are live via Zoom, available for both individuals and groups.


MOVEMENT & DANCE LABORATORY
For those open to the art of bodily exploration.
Through movement exercises and play, we discover new ways of moving without predefined steps or set choreography. We work with the relationship between space, energy, and creativity, allowing each person to find their own unique dancing body language. No previous dance experience is required; the aim is to rediscover the joy of movement and enhance corporal and spatial awareness. A space for shared creativity.
SUP-PILATES
In the summer season, there is no better way to practice than enjoying the water and the open air.
Bringing the benefits of land-based practice to the water adds a challenge that awakens the mind and sharpens concentration. Every session becomes a gift for both body and cognition, while soaking in the beauty of the marine environment or the familiar comfort of your own pool.
This service is offered for a minimum and maximum of two people if you do not have your own board.

For a truly special experience with friends, inquire about our 3-hour boat excursions, which include a SUP-Pilates class and other surprises. (Minimum 6 people).

The practice of Seitai seeks to reconnect with the body’s forgotten wisdom, cultivating spontaneous movement—the very force that allowed us to be born, grow, and remains the pulse of our life.
Our purpose is to observe, understand, and respect this natural flow.
